▪ Improved customer satisfaction ratings from 0 to 10 by creating and maintaining an integrated master schedule that enabled the operations manager to more efficiently manage a billion dollar jet engine pro-gram. ▪ Create and maintain project schedules to track concurrent design data between engineering and manufac-turing to ensure on-time part delivery for jet engine builds. ▪ Led weekly module team meetings to monitor performance, identify issues, and resolve blockers. ▪ Issue weekly reports including required and commit dates for engineering design reviews, Concurrent Pro-duction Development (CPD) milestones, requests for quotes, purchase orders, final drawings and status up-dates for VP of Engineering and other management leaders.
