Held full operational oversight, strategic steering and P&L performance responsibility for sales, pricing, on-boarding/management, business development and strategic pipeline management to drive revenue growth across separate brands. Provided leadership and direction to a team of sales representatives (inside and outside); regularly evaluated performance levels, identifying areas in need of improvement and implementing corrective actions. Senior-level management control across new product development and launch, strategic sales/marketing vision and qualitative/quantitative analysis, with a core focus on gaining an edge within the competitive marketplace. Conceptualized and launched sales/marketing strategies to support sales/business development opportunities; effectively managed sales channels to ensure a consistent revenue generation pipeline, as well as attainment of corporate objectives.
