Daily Duties at Ca Technologies:

Appointed to an operations specialist capacity within the Opportunity Management Center of Excellence team, responsible for administering Salesforce Opportunity Management using Cloud9 Analytics for reporting, pipeline and sales playbook utilization functions across all lines of business. SME for all Salesforce pipeline data elements and historic data reporting functions. Instrumental member of a small Scrum Team tasked with developing the organization’s first enterprise-wide data warehouse using TeraData technology from several internal and external sources (SAP, Hyperion, SFDC, Marketo, etc.); efforts in data centralization that eliminated significant manual redundancies were transformative for the company in a brand-new territory. Designed and built the company’s first pipeline trend reports and pipeline projections, analytics capabilities which were previously unavailable under manual record-keeping and allowed the company exceptional long-term vision Championed the successful delivery of core data elements for company-wide use via a customer-facing report.
