Daily Duties at Ca Technologies:

Tasked by Sales Ops SVP to develop and manage Pipeline Management System, understanding and managing the pipeline through a cadence of regular reviews across all parts of the business responsible for generating, progressing and closing pipeline. Developed, tracked and owned pipeline build targets for Direct, Marketing and Partner sources ($3.4B in required pipe target). Provided weekly analysis and insights on YTD pipe build against the YTD targets on the weekly standup calls with the CMO, Ops SVP and BU GMs. Provided weekly synopsis on the YTD pipe build in the “Weekly pipeline review talk track” directly to the CEO and CFO. Provided quarterly milestone reporting/checkpoints to assess overall YTD pipe build progression and adjust plans if necessary. Worked with the Build team to develop the set of dashboards in PowerBI to provide the visibility into YTD pipeline build for various stakeholders (from e-Team level to GEO/ BU/Account Pool level).
