Daily Duties at Riverstone Residential Group:
Class A property management, 582 units, in high transition area. Demographic was mainly students from UTD Dallas. Responsibilities included leasing, accounts receivable, process move out files (SODA), follow up and collection of all accounts (current and past resident), process evictions, resident relations, marketing, Property Manager (PM) in training (accounts payable, team leadership and coaching, oversee all property operations with PM). I was recruited by Passco Companies.
