● Investigate all sexual harassment cases throughout the district ● Respond to EEOC claims ● Hiring and Termination of all employees ● Advise administration and supervisor at all levels ● Mediate between supervisors and employees ● Provide Training to all staff and administrative levels ● Conduct staff and faculty orientations ● Assist managers and supervisors of all levels with coaching and counseling of employees ● Assisted faculty and staff with any questions or concerns ● Processed all actions concerning staff, administrators and faculty
