Started as Operations Manager, overseeing property reporting to investors, improvement of operational systems/processes/policies, and assisting Asset Managers in property performance. Was quickly promoted to Director of Property/Asset Management. Oversight of nationwide third-party managers (6 total) operations on over 40 properties/12,000 units/over $1.5B in assets (value add and Class A properties) while acting as a Junior Asset Manager with 6 properties to oversee. Contract management & vendor selection, capital projects, expense reduction, ancillary income, oversee all aspects of property dispositions, development of more efficient disposition/acquisition transition processed, capital & operating budgets, asset management.
