Daily Duties at Pax Ventures / Roast Kitchen:

Overall responsibility for short- and long-term planning and organization of all resources • Opening of new locations and managing them until staffed • Implementing new operational processes and procedures • Maximizing accuracy, productivity and space utilization • Leading the recruitment, training and development of staff • Creating and designing seasonal and standard menus; calculating food cost and utilizing cost effective means without affecting the quality or quantity of the items on the menu • Controlling all associated operational costs according to the prevailing annual budget forecast • Analyzing P&L reports and reporting findings to the owners of the company • Managing vendor and inventory procurement • Responsible for Marketing and Sales • Assuring Food and Beverage Quality always on par with company standards
