Daily Duties at The Wooden Floor:
Responsibility for the the vision, mission of the organization in conjunction with the Board of Directors. Determined all artistic programming. Managed faculty and musicians and student support services. Choreographed yearly for the organization. Was the main public face for the organization, its public speaker, and an active partner in raising funds of 2 million annually. Managed and monitored progress and started new projects such as inaugurating our own lack box theater.
