Daily Duties at Fbi:
• Analyze and report project status; monitor project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content technical objectives as defined by project. • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost. • Project management using Agile development methods, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. • Drive execution, monitor and report project status; assess the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. • Manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively facilitate the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan
