Oversee office administration, budgets, facility operations, and student occupancy for campus residences approximately 950 beds located across 5 halls. Create guidelines and policies related to housing for new and returning students such as eligibility, lease agreements, retention, and summer accommodations. Advise Residence Hall Association on large scale event planning. Manage emergency response times, protocol, and schedule. Deliver leadership and supervision to over 35 employees.
