Served as member of the Executive Leadership Team to help formulate the company’s global strategy, which included expansion into Asian and European markets. Led company’s product expansion efforts into over 12 new interconnect applications through collaborative development projects with many of the world’s largest medical device companies. Trained sales force in all aspects of company’s interconnect applications.
