Daily Duties at At&T Mobility:
• Direct Fulfillment Group: Fulfillment Specialist responsible for billing issues for wireless orders-fulfillment for the entire western half of the United States. • Utilized multiple systems for such functions as credit card approval, phone activation, invoicing, customer data research, and product returns processing. • Handled customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. • Communicated powerfully and prolifically with customers using web-based tools • Made financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer accounts. • Managed B2B (business to business) customers. • Subject matter expert on dealing with DMDR (direct marketing-direct response) customers include order status, order confirmation, exchange processes, return/cancellation processes, and accessory sales. • Researched and resolved all customer upgrades program fulfillment issues and billing disputes. • Acted as quality control for all automated upgrade processes and enhancements. • Processed Go Phone orders and activations and RMA for defective equipment. • Assisted with special projects and helped new hires on processing orders. • Print orders and distributed to all stakeholders.
