Daily Duties at Tivoli / Ibm:

Led Tivoli technical team for AT&T engagement. Creation of High Level Architecture and low level design for Tivoli system management of AT&T NJ offices. Inventory of every end station and system servers for software discovery. Remediation of software discovered evaluated for Y2K readiness. Took the above mentioned design and implemented it for the AT&T corporate offices in Atlanta, and Duke University in Durham NC. The AT&T design was largest Tivoli deployment by a magnitude of at least 10. Process creation with Tivoli Support and Development for timely resolution of scalability problem encountered. SOW creation for delivery and problem resolution between IBM and AT&T.
