Daily Duties at Cox Communications Inc. (Cox Business):
Oversaw Business Analysts, Tools, and UAT of new product deployments for all related tools supporting Cox Business, in addition to efforts driving standardization across the COX sales markets. Provided direction and program/portfolio level structure to support the implementation of projects involving Sales workflow structured applications. Served as a liaison for Cox Business with technology, engineering and 3rd party vendors to provide clarity and structure for proposed solutions to support market level sales and provide our customers a stable and secure network and platform for all COX products
