As the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), craft the solutions architecture to meet business requirements and translate that deliverables list into a Work Breakdown Structure that feeds a detailed Project Plan. Management and Control are the two linchpins of the NTG PMO; Manage progress, tracking actual vs. Schedule; track Burn rate and manage scope change.
