Actio Net Work Values

Daily Duties at Actio Net:

Provide IT Program/Project Management oversight of multiple projects, to include: Strategic planning, financial planning, release scope, analyzing/capturing requirements; developing project plans; and guiding CMS Innovation Center Models. Minimize project risks and resolved problems. Lead the successful seamless transition from incumbent to current ActioNet Contract. Collaborate with other organizations (enterprise, infrastructure, portal, etc.) to ensure a successful deliverable. Manage custom software development (Agile) team of 42 personnel. Support and manage project schedules, Financial and Earned Valued Management (EVM) expertise as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Primary Care Program (Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) and Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP)). Successfully delivered all 11 releases last year and Security Control Assessments (SCA) for all projects.
