Premium Change Communication Lead 2013-2016. •Partnered with top producing agents to create comprehensive and dynamic resources demonstrating how to proactively work with customers during a premium change. •Exceeded annual retention goals year over year increasing premium growth and agency commissions while improving customer experience and retention. U of F Agency Growth Model Lead 2011-2013. • Launched a multi-segmented scoring model used to evaluate agency success in new sales, profitable growth, policy retention, and cross sales. The Growth Model is now the primary agency success evaluation tool used for incentives and reward programs. Bristol West Acquisition Lead 2008-2009. •Aligned with Farmers Ins. and Bristol executives to develop product and branding communications during the acquisition and nationwide rollout. The launch and ongoing support facilitated a successful promotion and jumpstart exceeding annual growth goals.
