Oversee all business functions for the Haitian subsidiary of this international financial services and insurance company with 20 subsidiaries worldwide and $810M in assets. Responsible for policy and procedure design, business development and transformation, risk, compliance, strategic planning, call center, mobile sales, eCommerce, IT, back office, training, marketing, and audits. Supervise teams of direct and indirect reports across multiple facilities. Partner with CEO on strategic initiatives.
