Daily Duties at Harmonia Holdings Group Llc.:

•Implementing and conducting Scrum activities on the projects. •Ensuring consistent processes across the teams and proper utilization of shared resources across the team. •Facilitating Scrum of Scrum meetings to track/escalate the issues/risks related to delivery, release, capacity using tools like JIRA, TFS etc. •Keep a track of projects backlog, progress and forecasting on Jira, TFS, Icescrum etc. •Radiate information and ensure that team's progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders and team sprint activities. •Help the teams to onboard, create documents like SLA, CAM, SOPs •Maintain the historic data to gauge teams historic performance •Conduct trainings to educate teams about the Scrum terms and activities like velocity, Product Backlog, Sprints, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective •Introducing innovations planning techniques like planning poker etc. •Create roadmap for QA automation project including flow base test suits and custom reports in TFS. Designed live status of automation and other testing parameters •Created reporting templates to gauge teams goals and performances Additional responsibilities: •Representing Management in audits for CMMI ML3 DEV & SVC, ISO 9001, 20000 & 27001 •Appraisal Team Member for CMMI ML3 Services •Lead for Services Projects Process Group of the organization •Regularly inspects the defined process to discover and address the major concerns with respect to the compliance (gap analysis) •MR for surveillance audits for ISO 20000 & 27001 and re-certification audit for ISO 9001:2015 for the organization for 2018 •Successfully coordinated the recertification audits for ISO 27001 for 2019
