Accumulated costs of the various real estate improvement projects in Dallas and submit bank draws for funding of each of my projects. Prepared monthly financial reports for management. GC & AE contract administration and compliance. Establish & maintain positive business relationships with all AE firms, General Contractors and Subcontractors.
