Responsible for all sales growth and profitability of all resort properties, Manager entire staff, forecast and manage budgets, managed multiple projects, total restructure of retail store to have over a 100% increase in total sales volume, created a positive work culture verses the totally negative culture when I came on board, set clear expectations of all positions and worked with each employee to help them achieve their goals, created a dedicated team by showing them their worth by showing appreciation for what they accomplished started a bonus and incentive program to motivate them to do whatever if took to get the job done.
