Daily Duties at Loot Crate, Inc.:

Recruited as key member of senior leadership team based on extensive in-house legal expertise to build and provide legal and operational management for rapidly growing brand. As General Counsel and integral advisor to the Board of Directors, CEO and executive management, identify and analyze legal issues, negotiate and draft key documents, make recommendations, ensure compliance and advise leadership on wide range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial, licensing, FTC and other regulatory matters, marketing and design, e-commerce and retail matters, real estate and equipment leasing, employment, international expansion and acquisition matters. Direct, draft and implement company legal policies and procedures, including those relating to legal, IT compliance, safety and HR matters. Lead People Operations and Business Development teams. Manage outside counsel and legal budget. Handle all corporate governance and compliance, including support for the Board of Directors. Handle trademark portfolio. Oversee compliance and content for ecommerce. Approve all product designs and marketing/advertising materials.
