Directed operations of seven US and Canada remanufacturing / Service depots for medical devices, including global spare parts distribution, service and call centers operations, field services, and software support center. Supported new product launches accelerating time to market for revenue growth. Provided new product lifecycle management solutions and recommendation to reduce service costs, time to market, and fewer per cycle defects. Managed manufacturing and global distribution of spare parts, fixtures, and sub-assemblies to support of global service operations.
