Employer: Margin 5 Solution Inc, Metuchen NJ Client: MFX/FAIRFAX, Morristown, NJ Duration: Feb 2011 – Nov 2013 Role: Production Support Analyst Responsibilities: System analysis, design, develops, test, deploy, and provide Level 2 production support for data warehousing system. Worked on migrating from MS 2000 to MS 2008R2. Make configuration changes; create conditions necessary for negative testing etc. Regular monitoring and maintenance of the system and fix the issues if any. Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problem, complaints and escalating the issues to the appropriate development/senior team with the investigated root cause. Troubleshoot and follow up with the escalated ticket as per the Incident Management protocol. Support new production releases and deployments; develop new jobs as per the requirement of the business in all Environments. Mentoring any new team members to make them comfortable in Environments. Team works is appreciated but if needed kick start my own work with minimal help. Implementing the Password change policy. Code Deployment in Dev\QA\UAT and then implementing the changes in Production. Implementing SSIS\SSRS code deployments. Performance Monitoring on all environments with SQL Profiler. Experience working with Offshore team to different location worldwide. Worked on Windows & SQL Patching. Experience with writing Technical Documents. On Call Bi-weekly on weekends and 24/7 support if needed. Environment: Windows Server 2008 R2/2012, MS SQL Server 2012,2008 R2,2005, SSIS, SSRS, Clustering, Mirroring,Log Shipping, Crystal Report, SharePoint 2007, MS SQL Server Reporting Services 2005
