Daily Duties at World Class Coaches Wcc Growing Tree Learning Center:
Executive leadership coaching and consulting. Working with leaders , their boards, their organizations and teams, to set direction and improve organizational effectiveness, health and productivity. Coaching and consulting is often done 1:1, 1:10, 1;50 or 1:300 as needed. I create content and exercises for teams so that the desired results are achieved. I am effective in all forums. I work with leaders and organizations on developing their missions and visions, developing strategic plans, developing dashboards and key performance indicators to assess organizational health and modify behaviors as needed. I work with clients to develop communication plans to stakeholders, continuous improvement plans and walk with them through the implementation of those plans. We do recruiting and succession planning. I work to uncover and identify skillsets in leaders, other individuals and teams that once uncovered can be essential to goal achievement. I work with clients to identify obstacles to goals and work on plans to remove the obstacles. I use many tools including process mapping, systems thinking, workshops, seminars and more. My clients include technology companies, non-profits, academic leaders, real estate leaders and more. I am also responsible for developing many of the company's affinity and business relationships necessary to achieve its longer term initiative, outreach and client development goals
