• Headed two teams with this role • Key evaluator of engineer network designs • Owned and maintained forecasted budgets within 5% of capitalized forecasts • Diversified contracted labor and hardware resourcing while reducing cost expenditures • Implemented team training; extended education, vendor certifications and soft skills
