• Prepared of the department’s Annual Operating Plan and tracking of actuals versus plan. • Prepared reports for Siemens AG headquarters in Munich, Germany with Siemens Brazil’s KPIs in order to identify “best in class sites” in terms of effectiveness and productivity. Best in class sites received global indications to execute projects across the globe; • Led the calculation of the internal price for Customer Service professionals according to their respective skills and experiences giving the Sales Team the best support to sell workforce on new contracts; • Drove cost reduction actions focus in the Customer Service area reducing the Customer Service’s internal price and improving the profitability of the contracts.
