Daily Duties at Cvs:
Oversee all aspects of daily retail sales and operations while driving fulfillment of corporate mission and objectives. Build, lead, schedule, and supervise dedicated, highly capable teams. Plan and conduct orientation, training, development, and coaching sessions. Ensure compliance with customer service and sales program standards. Inventory management and financial management. Implement marketing and promotion activities to generate sales and drive traffic. Maintain profit and loss (P&L) accountability, track sales results, and fine tune strategic approach to continuously improve performance management.
