Daily Duties at Exhibit Systems Inc.:

• Responsible for all custom crate design, cut sheets, fabrication, exhibit takedown and packing. • Managed team of three custom crate fabricators. Responsible for modifying crate production methods to increase strength and durability while decreasing weight and material usage. • Responsible to institute, and manage systems to keep detailed crate content inventories of up 200 different clients with an average of 5 crates each. • Responsible to negotiate freight rates with all carriers, and set up contracts between ESI, or third party, ESI’s client. • Responsible to setup and track all customers shipping, local, national & international. • Responsible for all forklift work, and loading/unloading of all inbound and outbound freight. • Responsible to track all warehouse activity, and billing of same.• Fabricated exhibits for tradeshows and museums, using all facets of exhibit construction, i.e. plastic laminate work, small shop tools, woodworking and general cabinetry skills. • Responsible for onsite work both in and out of state. • Responsible to keep company goals, “On Time, In Time, and With Quality”.
