Daily Duties at Cb Displays International:
• Responsible for all aspects of daily company functions. • Responsible for managing special events and trade-shows as the general contractor. i.e. working with hotels and venues to assure each event meets its goals and takes place as planned. • Responsible for scheduling, dispatching and managing teamster and carpenter labor. • Responsible for all aspects of putting on a show as the general contractor. • Responsible for office networking and computer support. • Manage office staff, and responsible for accountability and profitability of same. • Responsible for all trafficking arrangement locally and nationally. • Review and participate in CBA with local unions as required. • Responsible to review AR reports, and collect moneys where possible from clients.
