Daily Duties at Conoco Natural Gas And Gas Products:
• DCS board operator for 200 mmscf/d natural gas processing facility including a single fractionation and distillation train capable of processing 14,000 bpd of natural gas liquids. • Operated a Cryogenic Turbo-expander train capable of 200-250 mmscf/d throughput of high GPM field gas. • Operated a 15mmscf/d Ethane Treating unit and a 8,000 bpd Propane Treating facility. • Utilized a mainframe Rosemont then Honeywell 4000 DCS Control System. • Operated a field gathering system consisting of 1450 miles of gathering system including 75+ producing wells and 25 end users via a SCADA system for Louisiana Gas Systems. • Coordinated operational issues with maintenance and Technical Services to facilitate corrective actions. Initiated work request as needed and followed up for completeness.
