Daily Duties at Target:
Accountable for planning and managing total department performance, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, marketing and sales planners. Accountable for financial metrics, developed and achieved strategic plans, policies and procedures for departments. Supervised, trained and coached sales floor team members on service, replenishment and presentation skills. Protected company assets by ensuring all staff members followed inventory control, quality control, ordering procedures
