Direct report to the President - Promoted from regional sales manager to National Sales Manager and then Director of Sales in 2009, responsibilities included working closely with senior management, product engineers, and marketing to develop the right program for specific retailer, both regional and national. Provided an expertise in marketing and product development to achieve maximum market potential and company profitability. Evaluate and final approval for business proposals, based on sales potential and impact to the business. Channel Strategy: Developed channel distribution strategy and framework for sales and marketing to effectively and profitably sell the mass and independent shops. Successfully segment products from one channel to another to ensure retails are maintained in the marketplace while building brand equity. Category Growth: Drove multiple categories growth with multi-year contracts, POG placement, and key promotions at Costco, Amazon, and Kroger, Wal*Mart, Bed Bath Beyond, Target, TJ Maxx, and hundreds of specialty shops across the US.
