Daily Duties at Oneida Group / Anchor Hocking Glass:
Direct report to Sr. VP Sales & Marketing, responsible for leading high-performance work culture to deliver meaningful results through new and existing product line expansion which includes placement innovation combined with a cross-functional execution focused on growing bottom and top-line revenues across all channels of distribution (food, drug, specialty, hobby, and e-com). Company undertook major strategic shifts with a bankruptcy in Q4 ’14, or this would have been a long-term career move. Capturing New Customers: Well established manufacturer, the key to growth was through new customers such as Williams Sonoma, Albertsons, Safeway, and PetSmart. Revenue Through Expansion: Initiated expansion program, resulting in 4X growth by strategically creating and finding opportunities with top retailers and distributors. 50+ New SKU’s in Target and key inline and promotional placement with retailers such as Dollar General, Big Lots, Kroger, HEB, Meijer, Albertson’s, Aldi, Staples, and more.
