Daily Duties at Keter North America:

Direct report to president, recruited to lead the overall development, coordination, functional management and leadership for sales strategies of the business unit (Food, Drug, and Mass and other). Includes growing existing customer base, new customer development, market knowledge, key relationships and P&L mgmt.  Process Strategy: Streamlined internal processes of forecasting and representations while maintaining focus on the retailers ‘Report Card’ to work with all departments on shipping full and on-time – Improved from 87% to 98%.  Strategic Thinking: Initiatives to position the company with solid, long-term growth with key promotions and creating need / finding the white space in the customers POG  Created new relationships with 20+ retailers & food distributors to help with goal of furthering shelf and promotional space which helped grow sales 3x over 4 years  Managed four Nat’l Sales Managers and 20+ Mfr’s Reps growing sales 20%+ annually.
