Daily Duties at Redbarn Pet Products:

Direct report to president, oversee sales for Target, E-Comm, Food, Drug, Mass, and Club Channels. Managed two separate product lines of product to differentiate channels. Oversee four managers and eight manufacturer’s representative agencies. Managed corporate and regional relationship with food distributors such as KeHe, UNFI, Spartanash, Associated Foods, C&S Wholesale, and DPI Specialty in order to sell Kroger, Winn Dixie, HEB, Publix, Giant Eagle, & more.  Leadership: Effectively managed a group of Directors, National, Regional, and inside sales managers with instilling a mind set of “hunt and farm” approach to the business.  Time Management: Effectively managing time and learning to communicate at all levels was the perfect honing to be a dynamic and results oriented CPG business leader.  Development: Creating opportunity and developing the right program for each retailer based upon strategic positioning and an understanding of what will be successful resulted in $8M new business
