Daily Duties at University Of Virginia, Darden School Of Business :
Provide alumni database management and systems support, for internal and external users, of alumni events management, communications, engagement, strategic planning and data analysis. Develop, maintain and update reporting, analysis and metrics – scheduled and ad hoc. Create and update website and webpages Collaborate with internal and external partners on a variety of projects on a regular basis Data collection, data cleaning, data tracking and build databases; create and update reports and dashboards to measure engagement scoring and trending for alumni and engagement activities in conjunction with events and engagement activities. Production and delivery of external digital communications, communication and web analytics analysis, segmented email and mailing lists.
