Built and maintained collaborative relationships with senior management; conducted meetings and conferences to monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and discuss strategies. • Ensured compliance with Criminal Justice Information Security (CJIS) standards. • Managed resources, monitoring availability and team coordination to meet service level agreement schedules and business requirements. • Oversaw portfolio of 600+ projects and initiatives; developed policies, processes, and procedures for delivery of leveraged infrastructure services resources and technologies to support agencies.
