Supervised six direct reports managing team of 120 staff assigned to multiple worldwide departments and data centers. Ensured policy compliance with industry, national, and international regulatory requirements. Oversaw operations (network, security, facilities) at five data centers: three located in Midwest, one in Southwest, and one in Europe (Amsterdam). • Managed inventory, reducing on-hand inventory by 36%, building vendor cost reductions, improving forecasting, and automating consumption reports. • Streamlined operations, implementing asset recovery program for outdated equipment netting $1.2m and increasing cloud server capacity by 120%. • Facilitated committee meetings, championing change control and financial management initiatives resulting in 20% reduction of capital and operational expenses. • Led business development strategies, increasing productivity by 27% (80 to 110 servers per week) while maintaining staffing levels. • Ran compliance initiatives for HIPAA and Service Organization Controls Types 1, 2, and 3 reports, along with European (GDPR) General Data Protection Rules / Privacy Shield.
