Oversaw the organizations Workers’ Compensation program which included collaborating with the vendor, processing payments, communicating status to management, and ensuring prompt resolution of cases. Ensured and maintained compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws applicable to public sector employment and collective bargaining.
