Daily Duties at Fenwal, A Fresenius Kabi Company:

 Serve as a central point of contact for HR Business Partners on requests local learning and development.  Collaborate with the Talent & Leadership team, manage the design, development and delivery of learning programs in a variety of subject areas, including people skills, professional skills, business skills, management skills, leadership skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills, and customized finance programs.  Work with Vendor Management team to identify third-party service providers as relevant to local and team-based learning  Analyze performance gaps, determines root causes, recommends solutions to achieve desired outcomes, whether instructional or non-instructional (coaching, performance support, tools, etc.) in nature.  Collaborate with exectuive leadership and subject-matter experts globally to share best practices involving various learning programs, skills and technologies.  As appropriate, facilitate group interactions such as meetings, seminars, workshops and team meetings, and facilitate classroom and distance-learning sessions.  Ensure that program assessment, follow-up and metric activities are completed as agreed at project onset.  Maintain an understanding of team dynamics (within a professional services context), organizational development / adult learning theory, instructional design, testing, and learning delivery  Develop effective working relationships across HR (Business Partners, Recruiting, Rewards, HRIS, Development) to generate "integrated" solutions that meet clients requirements.  Oversee transaction management to ensure flawless execution of all programs.
