Daily Duties at Fenwal, A Fresenius Kabi Company:
Serve as a central point of contact for HR Business Partners on requests local learning and development. Collaborate with the Talent & Leadership team, manage the design, development and delivery of learning programs in a variety of subject areas, including people skills, professional skills, business skills, management skills, leadership skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills, and customized finance programs. Work with Vendor Management team to identify third-party service providers as relevant to local and team-based learning Analyze performance gaps, determines root causes, recommends solutions to achieve desired outcomes, whether instructional or non-instructional (coaching, performance support, tools, etc.) in nature. Collaborate with exectuive leadership and subject-matter experts globally to share best practices involving various learning programs, skills and technologies. As appropriate, facilitate group interactions such as meetings, seminars, workshops and team meetings, and facilitate classroom and distance-learning sessions. Ensure that program assessment, follow-up and metric activities are completed as agreed at project onset. Maintain an understanding of team dynamics (within a professional services context), organizational development / adult learning theory, instructional design, testing, and learning delivery Develop effective working relationships across HR (Business Partners, Recruiting, Rewards, HRIS, Development) to generate "integrated" solutions that meet clients requirements. Oversee transaction management to ensure flawless execution of all programs.
