● Provided leadership to direct reports across Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Care Clinic Operations, Pharmacy Buying, Asset Protection, Store Design and Development, Facilities, Real Estate Strategy and site selection. ● Partnered with the CEO, SVP of Merchandising and VP of Marketing to define merchandising and marketing strategies ● Collaborated with CFO on all areas of finance as well as special projects including ERP selection and implementation. Worked to identify and develop new distribution center to optimize supply chain costs and support future growth..
