Daily Duties at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers:
In charge of leading the company's 50 direct SMB and EPG sales teams, and marketing initiatives through 11 regional directors in the west. Developed monthly and annual sales quota goals. Responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives, developing strategic sales plans based on company goals. Resulting in growth of 72% yoy in the first three years in the role. Named accounts; Intuit, Quest Software, Navy, Qualcomm, San Diego Unified School District, Petco, Zion’s Bancorp, Callaway Golf, Cymer, CalNet. Responsible for budget sources such as ETP, SATV, eCIF, CLC. • Build deep relationships with key accounts to drive growth through product solutions, and awareness & promotional campaigns • Lead channel sales strategy, account program development, and pricing, to optimize KPI delivery and minimize channel conflict • Lead the senior account relationship and manage direct sales team and rep firms to support and grow the business • Prepare sales forecasts (both sell through and sell-in), sales reports and set budgets • Leverage technical understanding of products, consumer need and competitive landscape to introduce new product range • Ensure successful and timely execution of new product introductions and promotion calendar • Responsible for monthly sales results – ultimately accountable for meeting annual sales targets and KPI’s • Participate as a key member of the senior management team in establishing and delivering on the strategic goals • Build strategic alliances and business development with key strategic partners • Measuring KPI’s including, customer feedback, attending trade events and through customer meetings • Establish, hire, train and develop the internal team
