Daily Duties at Getinge:

• Provide training to new team members as needed • Support Customer Service in aligning sales reps to new accounts and maintain a spreadsheet with new and incoming data • Maintain database of all current sales territories across all divisions and update as necessary with any and all rep movement and changes • Manage monthly sales reporting process for Critical Care Division and Legacy Atrium Products and Sales Reps • Create and Maintain multiple Excel workbooks to keep accurate information for tracking of various sales bonuses • Participate in the development of Sales Plans for the Field Sales teams • Provide monthly sales statements for all Atrium and Critical Care Division sales employees to HR for commission payment • Provide month end sales statements to Legacy Atrium and Critical Care Sales field • Develop ad-hoc sales reports as requested by the field using Cognos, Excel and SAP • Work with Regional and National managers, directors and VPs to create canned reports in Cognos for use by the sales fields • Provide New Hire Sales Rep Training as it pertains to Sales Analytics • Recipient of quarterly Employee Recognition Award on multiple occasions, recognized by my direct boss as well as sales field teams, Regional Managers and National Sales Directors
