Daily Duties at Maximus, Inc.:
Served as Senior Proposal Manager/Lead Editor, drafting and editing sections; participating in bid/no-bid and strategy sessions with Capture Managers, division Presidents and SMEs to craft win strategies and themes; identify and assess competitors; and address customer hot buttons. Developed proposal outlines; led all team meetings and Pink and Red Team reviews; set schedules and secured appropriate support resources. Clients included dozens of state governments (including Child Welfare Departments) as well as the Department of Health and Human Services and contract values in the tens of millions.
