Served as Proposal Manager for U.S. Air Force and Navy proposals for dispersed teams of Capture Managers, internal SMEs and subcontractors for contracts valued up to $500M. Managed Pink/Red/Gold Team reviews for IT, professional services and engineering bids. Assisted in crafting win strategies and themes; addressing customer hot buttons; and developing storyboards. Manages all aspects of proposal development from assignment, capture and receipt of RFP, through oversight and tracking of all activities relevant to proposal development, revision and delivery; overseeing/preparing/ supporting detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines and compliance matrices for assigned pursuits; assigning key proposal leaders; managing budgets; coordinating and leading proposal activities such as kick-off meetings, strategy meetings, stand-up meetings, data calls and Pink, Red and Gold team reviews; and supporting the monitoring of proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.  Displays ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and numerous proposals; manage multiple priorities; effectively balance conflicting priorities; and negotiate internally and externally at high levels and with persons of influence.
