Daily Duties at Fairfax County Public Schools:
• Instruct students in grades 2 in the comprehensive classroom. • Develop lesson plans, interactive experiences, and assessments. • Implement numerous active-learning strategies and materials, producing effective outcome-based instruction. • Utilize multiple assessments in compliance with district and state requirements to inform instruction. • Manage participation, engagement, and cooperation throughout the day for 25 students with varying needs. • Support students in developing collaborative relationships and promoting a positive classroom environment. • Share feedback with students and parents on strengths, objectives, improvement areas, and intended outcomes.
