Delivered quality assurance and managed day-today operations by leading and developing key programs in human resources, executive teams and business processes for 45 individuals with intellectual disabilities. Managed $7 million budget and provided fiscal oversight by supervising: billing, accounts receivables, expenditures, and assets. Developed policies and procedures to establish Shared Living as a new service.
