Daily Duties at State College:
Responsible for the daily operations of the human resources sector that supports 17 student housing markets nationwide; assist in the development of company policies & procedures; process semi-monthly payroll. Meet on a regular basics with the principal partners to discuss policy development, HR law, trends and best practices while the company moved from a privately-owned entity to a public one and ultimately sold.
